We waited 4 months for a dining room set that this idiot manager[Pat], had said was in stock. when they delivered it, it was the wrong set AND 3 of the chairs had broken legs. they sent out a tech who tried to ""color"" the chairs legs with a marks-a-lot after we agreed to keep the set because now they said the original set was no longer being made! the owner said that he ""thought"" there were three in his warehouse, possibly to cover for his idiot manager. terrible experience. the place is filthy and looks like a garage with furniture piled up randomly. some fat guy with a gray beard was cursing on the phone in a shrill voice. we will never go back!!!!!
Pros: Cant think of even one!
Cons: owner who doesnt even know his own stock, unhelpful staff, old guy with beard cursing...
