Businiess name:  Cheshire Tire

Review content:
Been going to Cheshire Tire for the better part of 20 years -- some mechanical work, but mostly tires. I don't have space to store my own, so they do it for me. But not any more. \r \r Ever since they sold to Monro, they've gone consistently downhill. A few of the longterm holdovers still are good at customer service, but there's one hefty, lazy, management dude in the bullpen behind the service desk who will ignore a line of customers, chat with a friend endlessly while I'm waiting, then takes a phone call. He's a load, and should find work elsewhere.\r \r And now there are general screwups -- put somebody else's tires on my car, made me wait two hours, then when I inquire, tell me the car's been done for an hour and they forgot to let me know. \r \r Plus, sitting in the waiting area among thousands of tires can be nauseating if you're unaccustomed to the intense odor. Overall -- hooray for Messrs Slocum and Dutton -- hope the place doesn't crumble under you. But I'm done!
