Excellence in service through several years. Very thorough, personable, and persevering in troubleshooting of any issue(s), especially in critical/crisis situations. Their cadre of experienced service agents and expert staff are to be well commended for their teamwork. Various tiers of service provided, including their platinum level which has been more than adequate and worth the extra peace of mind, particularly whenever a major incident may need to be addressed immediately. Highly recommended by a much appreciative and well satisfied customer. A special shout out of thanks to Jeff today for continued outstanding service provided. Kudos to MRS and company!
