I'm only giving Gunnies one star because I can't submit a 0-star rating. I bought a pair of boots there and the pull-up strap broke on them 5 days later. Took the boots and receipt back and was told that because the boots were "defective", their policy was to give me store credit or another pair of boots. I did not have the option to get my money back, although it clearly states on my receipt that I can get my money back within 30 days with the receipt. They acted as though the boots being defective was my fault. Crummy customer service, Gunnies. I'll never shop there again!
