Review content:
I had an emergency situation on a holiday. Most places were charging fees for service, but not Roto-Rooter. A technician came out, he was very professional, informative and nice. He found what was wrong and gave me suggestions. He even worked on our kitchen pipes for a discount because he knew he couldn't fix it for good. He was also very aware of keeping the house clean though he was in and out working on the pipes. \r \r The only thing I felt could be improved is the price. I spent about $500 for them to unclog my bathroom pipes (though they did have roots growing in them) and to work on the kitchen pipes. I was then quoted $2000 to replace my bathroom pipes. These amounts were a bit unreal to me. \r \r I also had to wait much longer than the original window I had been told as they were running behind. As it was a holiday, I didn't care as I needed it done (only one bathroom in our house of 3 people, no bueno). \r \r Overall, they were great, just a bit out of budget for me.
