Review content:
We experienced a main sewer blockage in our home on Sunday, May 11th, Mother's Day. I was reluctant to call a plumber on a Sunday that was also a special Holiday. I searched the internet and was impressed with the Roto-Rooter information available and called. The woman who answered the phone assured me there would be no extra charge for coming out on Sunday and there was no change for the service call. They would give me a quote and I could decide if I wanted the service. I was told they would be at my home within four hours. A very nice service man named Mark showed up an hour after my phone call. He assessed the situation and gave me a quote. I agreed to have the work done. Mark was professional, pleasent and did the work with a cheerful attitude. Once the job was competed I gave him a $40.00 off coupon from the internet and he accepted it with no hesitation or problem. He left the bathroms cleaned up, you could not tell he had even been at my home. I now have someone I will call for all of my plumbing needs. Great job, great service, and I ended up having a great Mother's Day.
