Review content:
They finished painting the house on December 28, 2016
It took 3 men a day and a half to complete the job.
After the job was completed, they did request for me to do a walk around and i pointed out some obvious minor problems. Being sick for the past few weeks, i never had the chance to do a detailed inspection of my home.
This week since i recovered from my cold, i was able to do a more detailed walk around.
I noticed paint and paint splatter on both the side walk and patio. I also noticed that most of the window frames had tape residue from masking, Some areas could also use touch ups. It should be noted that I'm a very meticulous when it come to any work done on my home. Because of the cold weather, i believe the tape residue is permanently bonded to the window frames.
