I brought my car in for an oil change and they said my tires needed aligning. I need to buy new tires so I declined this service. Then they said my fuel system needed cleaning (I can't remember the exact terminology). Then they said my cabin filter needed changing. I opted to replace that. An oil change of $24.95 turned into $78.71 which would have been even more if I had opted for the fuel system cleaning. The moral of the story is expectations. It felt like I was being "sold" down the river of "How much can we get you to spend today". I asked if they vacuumed out the car when I made the appointment. I was told "Yes, we wash and vacuum out the car." I removed everything from my floorboards in the front and back seat and the cargo area. When the car was returned to me with ONLY the front vacuumed, I went back in and asked why only the front had been done. I was told, "We only vacuum the front." Okay that information would have been good to know when I asked the first time. They offered to send the car back and vacuum the rest if I wanted to wait. No I did not want to wait. The determination to vacuum the WHOLE CAR should have been made when the customer (me) asked because clearly it was important to me if I went to the effort to specifically ask about it.
