I lived in Florida before moving to this area. I bought my car at the Florida dealership. The service I got there was like,an assembly line. Here when I check my car in until the service is completed I feel like a friend rather than a customer. I know what to expect in the way of cost which I'd always reasonable and I'm not pressed to buy items,I don't really need. Kudos to all the folks in service as well as to the mechanics,behind the scenes. Thank you
