I work for the city of New York and we have hired Unique Window Treatments a few times to do shade installations. The guy who did the installations is very professional, he was excellent. The work itself is very good, I'm very happy with the results so far. The pricing can be a bit more expensive than other companies because of how we usually work with companies under state contracts, but it isn't too bad. My only suggestions are that they work on being able to schedule better with us and improve the time between putting in orders and setting installation dates. Because I work in a school, sometimes it can be difficult to schedule for them to come and do installations, maybe because there are classes in session or meetings in certain offices; so scheduling is important and needs to be very specific. Also sometimes it takes about a month, maybe a little bit longer, between putting in an order and setting an installation date. I don't know if that's normal but it seems very long. So those are my suggestions, apart from that I am very happy with the installer and their work.
