This was my first experience using Allgood Electric, but I would definitely use them again. I run a large company, and I am very aware of what defines customer service. This company has a very apparent commitment to customer service. Before they quoted me for the projects I hired them for, someone came out to give an estimate. I appreciated someone coming to look at the work firsthand before setting a price. They weren't the least expensive of the several quotes I received, but I felt that they were the best value. The technicians who came for the service were very professional and timely. They worked to fit my schedule. I hired them to hang a chandelier and do some wiring. They were obviously very well trained and open to any questions I had. Any concerns I had were put at ease by their explanations. I was very happy with the results of their work.
