I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. My Whirlpool cooktop (about a year and a half old) had 3 of the 5 burners out. I contacted the warranty company, and within 24 hours, Jensen had called to make an appointment next day. Eric called with his 2 hour time window and arrived right on time at the front end. He had to order another part for it, and said they'd contact me when they had it in. He returned for a fourth time today and it is finally fixed. He was thorough and did research, and explained it to me when they sent him the wrong parts. Each time, I was given a prompt date and time, and Eric followed up and arrived on time. He is very pleasant, and I appreciated his help and dedication in not only fixing it for me, but explaining an engineering defect and how to avoid it in the future. I highly recommend Jensen. They took very good care of me and saw the problem through to resolution.
