I do not usually eat Chinese as it always seems slimy to me. But, my friend was visiting, we were in a pinch for time, she loves General Taos and so we ordered for delivery. I was so greatly surprised and impressed. I ordered the Garlic Chicken and the vegetables/chicken were very fresh like the owner had come over and cooked it for us right in my home. The spring roll was crisp and fresh without being greasy (I wonder what oil they use to fry in) and my friend, the General Taos connoisseur, was delighted. We will definitely order again. Thank you Ming Dynasty for offering a fresh tasty choice to fast food.
