Review content:
I went in for the first time as a new customer just the other day. I thought the facility itself was nice and looked professional. Looks like state of the art equipment and I thought the staff seemed fairly nice. Initial consultation and x ray was free. One of the cool things is that while I waited in the room on the dental bed....they handed me a remote control and showed me that there was a tv right there in front of me. Pretty cool. The Dr was young but I found him to be very patient and knowledgeable. In fact I was looking to get a second opinion on the risks of getting a certain tooth worked on. Another dentists said I would die if I didnt get it taken out. THIS particular dentist at Aspen explained in more detail what the pros and cons were for NOT getting it out but that Death was not even the expectation even though it was possible if certain conditions also were to exist. He took the time to listen to all of my questions. This for me is very important. I need to feel confident that my specific concern is completely heard for clarity in assesment. Staff was friendly all the way from the front desk to the techs. I asked over the phone if there would be a problem if my children go back if I go back with them. They told me this is definately not a problem and that if I have them put it in the file this would be in writing. Havent had a chance to have my kids go yet but so far I would recommend this location for your dental needs.
