Worst moving company ever dealt with! ! They banged every wall in the house, broke and dented my furniture. . Spoke with manager Mike who was rude as $@!#% and consistently incited my husband.
RESPONSE FROM Invoke Moving, Inc.:
Sorry you were not satisfied with your move. Impossible customer to deal with, just wants to argue. Claim form has been sent to email with details on how to file claim. You signed liability waiver releasing us from liability for damages by denying our shrink wrap protection services (see contract). This is a risk customer takes when not allowing us to perform our services correctly. We cannot force customers to allow us to wrap all items, so require a release of liability in the event damages occur. Claims process is regulated by TxDMV, and needs to be followed as outlined in moving contract
