Review content:
We've used Gold Star Plumbing before to install our washing machine upstairs, which was a very easy process. It went very well and the machine works great. This time around we called them because we had a leak in our bathtub. Scheduling for an appointment was easy, I really like how they send a photo of the guy they're going to send and an e-mail 30 minutes before they're on their way so you don't have to stay around all day. They ended up not being able to fix the tub because they didn't have the part, but they explained the problem really well and gave me 3 estimates that they e-mailed to me so I could send them on to my husband while at work. I'm really impressed by how organized the process of scheduling with them is and how well they communicate, makes calling them a really easy experience.
