We recently took advantage of the plumbing and electrical inspections offered with our maintenance contract.
The electrical inspection revealed numerous problems in our house, garage, attic, and basement. In many instances the existing electrical work did not meet today's electrical code, and our house probably would have failed a home inspection.
The electrical inspection was performed by Gary Seeley, and he was our primary contact in all subsequent work. Because of his recommendations and excellent work, these problems were resolved. Gary answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained what work was required and how he would do it.
The work was done in two stages. The first covered the main house, the garage, and the attic where improvements and safety issues were addressed .
The most intensive work involved removing most of the wiring in our basement woodworking shop. We were continually kept informed of the progress as the existing wiring was removed and then the basement was rewired to meet the electrical code and our needs. The work was done on schedule over a period of four days.
Each job was completed as scheduled, and we were very pleased with the work that was done. Gary and Shane and Tim, who worked with him, were professional, courteous, and friendly. When we sell our home, the prospective buyer can be assured that our home is safe thanks to the work of Gary and his crew.
From the technicians to the office staff we have received excellent service and would be pleased to recommend Appleton Campbell to anyone.
