Ben Jasper came out the same day a call was placed with Lakebrink as our furnace started blowing cold air and the temperature in the home was dropping. Ben introduced himself, asked what the problem was, and started right in, in looking at the furnace and where the problem was. He explained to me about the furnace filters we were using and the correct way to insert. After several minutes, he came upstairs and told me what the problem was and that he had a part of the truck. A short time went by and Ben was finished with the furnace. The charge for this was reasonable. Ben gave me his business card and asked if I would take this survey. Ben was very courteous throughout the time he was here. Told him I would be requesting him anytime I call Lakebrink for service.
