Review content:
I was feeling suicidal and struggling with my eating disorder, I wanted help to get to the route of my problems and learn how to properly heal for good. I wanted to learn to love myself and value myself.
The Center was nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!!! I learnt so much from each member of staff. It was the first time in my life that I felt believed in. The staff treat clients really well, with care and belief in us.
I found it was like one big puzzle, every class and every session all came together, every part necessary complimenting each other. The boundaries classes were incredible. I found going to a restaurant every week has helped me HUGELY to overcome my fear of eating in restaurants and eating different foods and making decisions! Having four individual therapy sessions each of my six week stay was a HUGE part of my growth. The anxiety classes helped me a LOT too. The emotional abuse classes were FANTASTIC.
Just amazing and grateful for the care showed to me by the entire staff.
