Review content:
I use Kim Spa for the first time and this was not the best experience. I met the owner a few months ago and she gave me a coupon for a free message at Kim Spa in Denton, Texas. A few months later I called to make an appointment and the person taking the call said okay and that I could come at the requested time. I kind-of got the feeling they don????t typically take appointments. After arriving at Kim Spa, there was no check-in or registration process, no form to fill out for what type of massage service or treatment you are seeking. I was just hurried into a massage room and told to get ready for my masseuse. When the masseuse entered my room, I was asked what massage treatment I would like and I asked for a Deep Tissue massage. When the massage was over and I was at the payment counter presenting my free massage coupon, they told me they would not want to honor the coupon. This was a hand written coupon which did not have an expiration date and was signed by the owner. I was expecting for it to be honored, at least to some significant portion of my bill. I asked for the owner and she told me that I was entitled to $10 off my massage. I ended up paying $90 for my free massage. So it is needless to say that I will not be returning to Kim Spa and I would not recommend this place as there are many other respectable options out there to choose from.
