I scheduled weeks in advance. Took a day off from work. I arrived at 11:30 for my appointment and wasted a half hour there just to be told that since they could not verify my insurance I had to come back at 2pm. They were unapologetic and seemed to think that I should gladly comply with their rescheduling of my appointment. If indeed their policy is to not see patients until they verify insurance then they should get the information in advance and verify it before the patient arrives. With all the emails and reminders they sent me I would have been more than happy to provide them the information in advance in order to avoid this. Their system only benefits them and their patients are merely an afterthought. If you think that your time and business should be appreciated and valued then I would find a different dental office.
