Review content:
We had a service call with McCarthy yesterday to resolve an issue that was a different problem than what we originally called them about earlier in the month. They came out and gave us advice (unfortunately, because it's actually a duct work problem, they can't fix it) and didn't charge us another visit fee. Sopheak was professional, knowledgeable and helpful with pointing us in the right direction to resolve our heating issues. We were pleased with McCarthy's costumer service and professional help.
