Dr Patrick was very professional.
He was actually early after giving me a call to see if he could move the appointment up. He thoroughly evaluated the machine/problem and gave me a quote. I didn't want to Ho ahead with the repair because it was too expensive for a machine that hasn't been too reliable anyway. So, I paid for the service visit. He asked if I had had my dryer checked for safety recently. Which I had never. So, I had him do an inspection and he cleaned out interior and showed me the gas heating unit (covered with lint!) So I was glad for that. He extended a senior discount, so I wasn't able to use the 25% off coupon for the dryer. So I ended up paying $140 for the washer diagnostic and the dryer safety check up. I was satisfied with the service and will more than likely call Appliance Repaid Doctor again if I have the need. Meanwhile I'm going to purchase a new washer and recommend Appliance Repair Dr. Toy friends.
