I needed a lavatory sink faucet, handles, and pop-up drain drain replaced with a new purchased set. In addition I needed a video scan of my sewer line which had backed up previously. I called MC Plumbing and was offered a time slot within 3 hours. Moses called about a half hour before the scheduled appointment time to advise me that the technician was running about a half hour late. Josh arrived as Moses had predicted and proceeded to professionally replace the sink fixtures after explaining the costs, deducting the cost of the diagnosis fee and appropriate coupon. He always wore booties on his feet and placed protective sheeting in the work area. Everything was picked-up and clean when he was finished. He then did the video scan of the line and explained that the observed roots were not a problem at the present and give me the approximate location.
