On Wednesday , Dec.7,I received the annual PM inspection on my 2 furnaces. Your employee doing the work was Chris Toner. Chris arrived at the specified time and immediately impressed me with his appearance and knowledge of his profession.At the conclusion,he explained to me in sufficient detail the work he had performed, and the condition of each furnace. I am retired, but previously, I managed a large Government contract that included similar responsibility for HVAC mechanics, and I would have greatly appreciated having people like Chris working for me. He is a very impressive young man, and McCarthy is fortunate to have him as an employee.Please assign Chris to future work at my home. Sincerely Robert J. Lanoue PE(ret.)
