Review content:
We bought 4 new kitchen appliances at Karls last week. The salesman was friendly and easy to work with. There were all kinds of rebates which helped to make the sale. He even lowered prices for us 2x which was great. We scheduled delivery and installation later that week. They use 3rd party installers and I am very unhappy with the outcome. 2 of the them installed no problem but 2 were a tight fit so they left them uninstalled so we could get our space expanded. they said they would come back when we were ready. They crew tracked mud in all over my kitchen, did not clean up or even apologize for the inconvenience. they did not remove any of the plastic, tape, etc. The user manuals and warranty information was left strewn all over the place as well as small parts that go with them. Now that we have flexed the space and are ready for the install, the guy is no where to be found and even stood us up after saying he would come. We even tipped them, not sure why.
