Review content:
Orlando called me at 10:30 and said he could come early, its already 97º out, I told him heck yes. He showed up, I told him what's wrong. He runs tests and comes to me with diagnosis and costs. I agree to it, no problem, then he tells me the motor he has is too small, the supply house just closed, its saterday, My heart sinks, my kids and I are not comfortable, its 100º inside house now. I asked well what can we do? He says let me work on it. 1 hour goes by, then 2 we're all thinking its good he's not come in sayin sorry buddy wait till monday, he finally comes in and says lets test it. He does cool air is comin through the vents I'm ecstatic. My daughter saw someone come and go in those 2 hours. I asked Orlando how did u do it? H said oh, my wife went and got the motor and brought it to me. They tested and fixed my FAU and filter. I'm in amazement, but now I start thinking ok here comes the hammer. He gives me the bill its the same price he quoted me when he got here. I'm so impressed by him, they went well beyond the call of duty so to speak. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone. Orlando and his brother are amazing people.
