well lets just say the windows are great and the sales people and other staff do a fair job , but the installer do not replace the trim they take off the house and are very quick to grab the saw-saw!! had all my windows done and a patio door and the patio door screen is over 1" out of square. still waiting on replacement. one window had red marker between the panes and am still waiting on that replacement also.\r
oh, did I say that they called the week before memorial day to tell me that they were in?\r
well anyway service after you pay out the bucks is still to be seen.\r
the date now is 06-24-2010 and did i mention they close up shop at 4:00 PM ( who gets off work that early)\r
the salmen was called after waiting around all day for the installer to show up when they said and did not show and he promised they would call me as soon as he got back to work that monday morning to set up a time that was ok with me???\r
no CALL BACK SO NO HELP SO FAR.
