Review content:
I did extensive research on The Center A Place of Hope and watched testimonial after testimonial and read review after review. I was frustrated with not knowing what was going on with me. Personal struggles with my mental and physical wellness plagued me to the point where I was self destructive in my relationships with others, feeling worthless at my job; a whole laundry list of things. However, when I flew across the country from Indiana I found this journey was about ME...I was full of SHAME. My team worked together for me to truly understand the link between my physical and mental help. The whole body approach is truly a unique one. As a 43 year old single working mom of three, I came back with the tools to truly know ME. I learned to breathe, make mindful decisions, and that I can choose what the next chapters of my life will look like...and I CHOOSE HOPE.
