I would like to thank and commend Steve Green for his incredible help and patience with me yesterday.
My garage door rollers came off the rails and I called several companies to see if they
could come help me. Davis Door is the closest one to me, but they only handle commercial and put me through to you. It was at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was no way he was going to make it here to Southeast Seattle where I live in time.
He offered to change his last appointment but I really did not think that was fair.
He suggested I email him pictures, which I did, he talked me through what needed to
be done and a neighbor helped me get it shut.
Steve is a great representative of your company. Since service is really all we have too ffer to separate ourselves from the competition, and especially in today's marketplace,an employee like Steve is golden.When I need a new door, you can be sure I will be calling Cressy.
