Review content:
Had a tech come to my house to determine why my tv had no picture and provide an estimate. Tech arrived when expected, spent a reasonable amount of time diagnosing the problem, provided me with the diagnosis and the cost to repair it. The repair required the ordering of a part and I was given an estimate on the parts arrival of 3 - 5 days. The part arrived during that time and I was contacted to set up an appointment to have the tech come out to repair the tv. Tech arrived as expected and replaced the part and tested the tv which has been working fine since the repair. The cost of the repair was reasonable and the cost of the diagnostic visit was applied to the total cost which was not the case of another repair group that I contacted. Also appreciated was the warranty on the work. I have used Service Care in the past and will use them again.
