Window-ology installed some shutters and blinds for me. Their prices were reasonable, and as a first-time customer, I would go back again. I was moving in to a new development and their sales rep, Phil, dropped by. He was very friendly and patient, and offered suggestions based on my needs. I felt comfortable with him because I was confident that he knew what he was talking about and he found the best fit for me. The installers were very prompt, professional, and respectful. They got the job done within the time frame they said they would. My only issue is that I have noticed that the paint on the blinds is actually slightly discolored now, and I expected it to be a smoother look. One of the guys gave me some paint to touch it up, but I just think that for what I paid it should be darn near perfect. Other than that, however, everything else is fine and I am a satisfied customer.
