Dr. Bihary at Dental Care Associates is a gentle and friendly dentist. I found him and the hygienists to be amiable and I was pleased with their work. Parking was ample and the facilities were modern. While I was pleased with the majority of my experiences there, I was really unhappy with the way they handled my dental insurance and my payment at the time of service. It's been my experience in the past that most dentists, doctors and hospitals hadn't made me pay up front for the portion of my bill that was not covered by my insurance however that was not the case at DCA. They estimated my portion of the bill based on their complete charge - not based on my insurance company's allowable charges and I therefore ended up overpaying them by about $97. A month later I realized how much I overpaid and it wasn't just as simple as them refunding the money back onto my debit card (I had paid by debit card). They had to contact their Harrisburg office and have them cut me a check which co
