Review content:
This location has always been pretty bad about having items at standard meal times. I have been going here for years and they only have the items I want about 10% of the time. I have driven off more times than I have paid after hearing they don't have my items available. The attitude is usually "this is business as usual" when they explain that the items aren't available. I love KFC, but 90% of the time that I want it I usually go somewhere else.(AFTER leaving the KFC drive thru because I was told the items weren't available) I know, sometimes you have to wait in a drive thru, but when they say 10 minutes it usually means 20 and when you are told you have to wait and you noticed 5 to 6 of the staff in the parking lot smoking on your way in, I don't know many folks that would change their meal idea even though they were craving KFC.
