I can't say enough about the staff at the Center and the program. Each staff member is kind and professional. They know their stuff. And their ability to get you to think about things you haven't thought of before, to uncover underlying causes for your depression and anxiety, and then to give the tool to use to get better...it is impressive.
I feel the way the program is organized is solid. People need to understand that it is not easy, and you have to want to get better. You don't get a book or magically attend a session and then feel better. You have to participate and work through your personal life issues. But if you do, you will see life changing results. Life changing.
Because of the quality of the staff, the very comfortable setting and the way the program produces lasting results, I give The Center 5 stars. Easily. If you are struggling, please consider The Center. They can help you.
