We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Experience: I made 3 reservations via myerres.com. I got a bit concerned when I called the hotel specifically to inquire about my reservation and they didn't have it on file although I had email with confirmation number etc from meres.com. Becoming concerned I then tried to cancel my reservation via their website after logging in (and viewing my reservation) and booking through a more common site such as Hotel.com. Once logged in and attempting to cancel, I got a msg from their website stating it was unable to cancel (with clear script from their website stating I have 24 hrs to cancel before arrival date). I then became concerned and called the number listed on their website. I received the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I spoke with a male asking him why I couldn't cancel my reservation and he kept insisting I must be outside of the cancellation window (my travel wasn't for another 3.5 weeks). I asked him to please pull up my 3 reservations and he continued to scream at me at through the phone that I was "outside my cancellation window" and he wouldn't even look up my reservation. He then proceeded to hang up the phone on me and wouldn't answer back once when I attempted to call back. If you want shady service and shitty customer service then book via MyeRes.com. If you expect customer service or at least want the individual on the other end of the phone to at least pull up your reservation then I suggest you go somewhere else. I'm sorry I was just asking for confirmation my reservation and wanted some customer service.
