I would give Brooks Plumbing Co.a minus 5 if I could. Lowest scores all around. I had used them once before and it had been okay but his time is my last time using them.
First of all when I made the appointment I thought I was talking to Mister Brooks but I wasn't, I was talking to one of his people, his name was Paul.
He got on the phone and he is one of these guys that talks louder and over you and doesn't listen and when he came to do the appointment from the beginning until the end, I had a negative view point towards the situation, he was so unpleasant, he was the most unpleasant person that I have dealt with in a long time and it continued and continued.
When I told him that I had left the drain open under the house, he refused to go under and said that they don't go under houses, so I went down and closed it. He also told me that I should have called another company for cleaning out the drain.
Another thing is that before he started, he put the bill down on the counter and said that the service it was going to be $250 to clean the drain. I had been waiting since Monday for them and it was Friday at that point and from the moment he came in the house I was thinking that I would never call brooks again never, ever ever.
He said he has been working there for a long time and I cannot imagine how that has been unless he is related to Mister Brooks. I can't believe why a plumber would show up and tell you all the things they will not do. He did tighten the leak and some time ago they put in a disposal for me and that was fine, but this time this man Paul was a one man wrecking machine, I just wanted him to get out of my house and that's the way I feel about Brooks now.
