Justin came to my home to do a yearly maintenance check on my furnace. As he stepped into my home he immediately put booties over his shoes. He didn't have to but it was nice to see that he respected my home. He explained what he was going to do and if I had any concerns regarding my furnace. I had no concerns. The entry to the attic where furnace is, is in the clothes closet. I saw that Justine was very careful of my clothes. He was in the attic for some time. When he was finished we sat down so he can show me photos of my furnace on his tablet. He showed the gauges he used to test the pressure (or something like that). His explanation from the maintenance service was clear and easy to understand, which I appreciate very much. My furnace is showing wear-and-tear (as I put it) and will have to be replaced someday. When that day comes, I will call Bonney Plumbing.
