Review content:
Our less than three year old water heater developed a leak. Our previous plumber had retired -- a friend recommended Arnold & Sons. Arnold's plumber (Joe) came the same day -- confirmed the leak and said they handled the same brand and would process as a warranty replacement (labor only). With an older home, our space for a water heater was very tight -- so discussed the benefits of an instant heat water heater -- with a reduced price for the warranty allowance. We went with the new technology -- installation was trouble free, and timely.
Our basement area looks much tidier -- and the space opened up.
We are very pleased -- and thankful. Everyone was very professional, and took the time engineer an appropriate installation. Also, we feel comfortable that we have found a great replacement for our previous plumber.
