Review content:
This is the first time I had used Lee Johnson for service on our Kia. I retired from a company that was known for their emphasis on customer service so I pay special attention to how customers are treated. Kudos to the crew in the service department. In every instance the service personnel were thoughtful, knowledgeable, courteous, with a sincere appreciation for the needs of the customer. I am an old geezer so i doubt I will be buying a new car but If I do Lee Johnson will now be the first place visit.
