Review content:
Originally had them come over for a tune-up of my A/C which had not had one in 2-3 years. While there the technician diagnosed a problem with the downstairs unit and fixed it. Could not have asked for better service. The service technician was there earlier than anticipated, listened to my concerns and then went to work thoroughly going through both my upstairs and downstairs units. He was professional, courteous and kept me informed about everything he was doing. He explained what was wrong and what he needed to do fix the problem. He answered a lot of general questions I had about A/C and was very patient with me. A great company and would not hesitate to use them again the next time I need service or to replace my HVAC.
