Kevin Ahrens and Marrilee walked extra mile to provide outstanding services when I came for a tire change and alignment.
Kevin was very patient to explain the details and recommended one of the top brands with great matching price. At the last minute, at the moment of signing the paper, I changed my mind and asked if he could fine another brand with even lower price. He went through the price matching process again and gave a great comparison between the two brands. I was so impressed by his positive attitude and patience. He found the best deal for me. Now my car is running on the 4 new reliable tires in this raining season. They make the ride much steadier and smoother than before!
I was supposed to call Marrilee for the courtesy ride back to Michael's Toyota to pick up my car. She didn't know I needed a ride. I totally forgot to call her. But I guess either Kevin or the morning driver told her about my needing a ride and she called me at 6pm as a reminder while I was in downtown Seattle working. I was so glad she called. But I didn't think I could make it back to the pick up location by 6:30pm, the time the courtesy ride service ended. But, she was willing to wait for me and picked me up at 6:40! What a great customer service!
