I despise haggling - just give me a fair price and be transparent about it! With this philosophy, I used the consumer reports no haggle price guarantee- which worked great! But, I still had to haggle my trade in. I did the reasearch on kbb for trade in vs private and weighed what it would cost me to get it up to selling shape and had a fair number in mind. We were miles apart. I showed my numbers and discussed my plan and they came in much better in order to get the sale that day. They did do right by me, but I wish the whole experience could have been no haggle. I suppose we'll have to completely change how cars are sold for that. Other than that, great dealership, people and experience overall. Love my new car!!
