My appointment was for 2pm and I was not called to the back until 2:25pm and this was a reschedule from last week when I had a appointment set for 1pm and had not been called still at 1:30pm. My time is as valuable as any one else and I don't want to waste it sitting in a waiting room or at least someone that works there should have the decency to inform people when you walk in that they are running behind so possibly I could have rescheduled immediately and not wasted my time that being once I was in back the people are very nice and informative and I was in and out in reasonably short order.
