Sometimes you run into someone who is so good at what s/he does that you are in awe about their expertise. You are left wondering the amount of hard work and time the person must have spent crafting the skill. Dan is such a professional. He went through the house with a fine tooth comb detailing what was right, what was defective and what was recommended maintenance. At the end of his inspection he gave us a tour of his findings. He followed up with an electronic AND printed COLOR copy of the report itemizing every single item. We will use the report for years to come as reference for repairs and maintenance.
Muriel, his wife, runs the office and is a gem! They make for a dynamic team. They are consummate professionals you should trust without reservation to provide you the information you need before you make the largest investment of your life.
