Dan walked us through our prospective new home and showed us everything we could imagine about inspecting the home. We were so comfortable and confident that we hadn't missed anything. He followed up with a 42 page report with pictures as well.I know what minor things I need to do now that I own the home and I am confident there are no hidden nightmares to deal with. CALL DAN FIRST, YOU WON'T BE SORRY!
