When we arrived at the Hertz to pick up our full size car that was reserved through AAA 2 weeks prior, the clerk told us he did not have our car. He then told us we could select from his compact car collection because the full size cars were not transported from Clearwater Beach. He told us we could go get the full size car at Clearwater beach and called the location to confirm we were on our way. When we arrived to Clearwater Beach we got the same song and dance. We explained we had major spine issues and could not drive in a compact car. He told us we should go back to Clearwater and complain to them. We called AAA and they were no help. Finally, we went to .... and were taken care of.
