I recently went to the ram house for some assistance , as I was there the manager at the shelter screamed at me like I was a two year old child . I have never been talked to so rudely by someone who is suppose to be there for people in need of help. I asked around and she does this to everyone the service is horrible, its one thing to inforce rules, but it is a total different thing to speak to already down and homeless people like they are stupid and beneath you. I was under the assumption shelters were for helping people not degrading them.
