Coan Oil . Had them for 16 years. Figured the bigger the company the better, WRONG ! Parents had them in NEWTON. I was busy working for years in my business, and my wife paid the bills. Never thought to check oil prices. Even if I paid a little extra, no big deal. CHECK YOUR OIL PRICES TODAY, you will be shocked !I Just paid $2.24.9 a gallon for oil when several ""full service oil dealers"" offered me $1.69. I paid these people 40% more for oil. Yes, and Coan tried to justify this to me with their corporate rhetoric that other companies won't deliver my oil or bad service? I have a service contract as well. I do not want to think about how much more $$$ I have paid them over 16 years. A little extra for oil is one thing. This is way over the top here. Here is the moral of the story, big companies have high overhead, so what? They can buy more oil at once than a smaller companies They are still passing on all their overhead and expenses on to me? Shame on me for not being on top of it and for Coan, you are greedy !! Framingham, Marlboro, Sudbury, or wherever, you are, you are getting your pocket picked.
