I have used McCarthy extensively for plumbing and HVAC services at my home. While I have been satisfied with their work, the latest technicians are even more professional than those of the past. Steve H performed a thorough diagnostic check of my HVAC recently. To my knowledge he is the first that brought state of art diagnostic equipment with him. I can tell a true professional when I watch them go through their inspection. He checked stuff like carbon monoxide levels, temperature performance, and filters. He was professional in every respect answering all my questions about properly maintaining the system. I hope McCarthy keeps hiring workers with his work ethic and competence. Also professionalism is evident in the support office staff as well. In the past I contacted McCarthy to schedule my annual services. Outreach by office staff was a welcome surprise. They contacted me to set up an appointment. It makes me feel like they care about my business with them
